　　目的：观察早期康复训练联合舍曲林治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者的神经功能和生活能力的改善情况。方法：选择我院收治的136例急性脑卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,其中观察组68例患者采用早期康复训练联合舍曲林进行治疗,对照组68例患者仅进行早期康复训练。结果：治疗后,两组的HAMD、NIHSS指标、改良Barthel指数以及SIS310的评分情况,得到明显改善,且观察组患者的改善情况明显优于对照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论：早期康复训练联合舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者,能够明显缓解患者神经功能障碍,和增强患者日常生活能力,值得向临床推广和应用。

Objective:To observe the influence of early rehabilitation combined with sertraline on nerve function defect and life skills for post-stroke depression patients.Methods:136 post-stroke depression patients were divided into two groups,including the observation group (68 patients with early rehabilitation training combined with sertraline treatment) and control group (68 cases patients only with early rehabilitation).Results:After treatment,the indicators such as HAMD,NIHSS,modified Barthel index and SIS310 score were significantly improved,and the improvement of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion:Early rehabilitation training combined with sertraline for treatment of patients with post-stroke depression can significantly alleviate the patients' neurological dysfunction,and enhance the patient's activities of daily living;it is worth to the clinic and application.
