　　目的：观察探讨ABO溶血病新生儿的血清学检测结果，总结其临床意义。方法：选取我院2009年3月~2011年3月178例疑似ABO溶血症的新生儿，分别进行血清游离抗体试验、红细胞抗体释放试验、直接抗人球蛋白试验三项试验，观察检测结果。结果：178例新生儿中，母亲血O型，新生儿血A型有104例，新生儿血B型有74例，两组不同血型的新生儿血清学三项试验检出阳性率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)，无统计学意义；其中以红细胞抗体释放试验的阳性检出率最高，其次是直接抗人球蛋白试验，明显高于血清游离抗体试验，差异显著(P<0.01)，具有统计学意义。结论：在血学清三项试验中，红细胞抗体释放试验、直接抗人球蛋白试验应用性较广，出结果相对较快，操作简便，能够为临床早期筛查并防治新生儿ABO溶血提供及时、可靠的依据。
　　목적：관찰탐토ABO용혈병신생인적혈청학검측결과，총결기림상의의。방법：선취아원2009년3월~2011년3월178례의사ABO용혈증적신생인，분별진행혈청유리항체시험、홍세포항체석방시험、직접항인구단백시험삼항시험，관찰검측결과。결과：178례신생인중，모친혈O형，신생인혈A형유104례，신생인혈B형유74례，량조불동혈형적신생인혈청학삼항시험검출양성솔비교무현저차이(P>0.05)，무통계학의의；기중이홍세포항체석방시험적양성검출솔최고，기차시직접항인구단백시험，명현고우혈청유리항체시험，차이현저(P<0.01)，구유통계학의의。결론：재혈학청삼항시험중，홍세포항체석방시험、직접항인구단백시험응용성교엄，출결과상대교쾌，조작간편，능구위림상조기사사병방치신생인ABO용혈제공급시、가고적의거。
