目的观察脑卒中吞咽障碍患者给予鼻饲流质饮食的临床效果。方法提取2011年1月至2011年12月常德市多中心脑卒中登记数据库的278例脑卒中吞咽障碍的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组在常规用药基础上经口进食,观察组在常规用药基础上予以鼻饲流质饮食。结果经过3周的观察,观察组患者的痊愈率和有效率明显提高(P<0.05),吸入性肺炎、营养不良、内环境紊乱的发生率明显减少(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论脑卒中吞咽障碍患者给予鼻饲流质饮食,可提高治愈率,减少并发症。
目的觀察腦卒中吞嚥障礙患者給予鼻飼流質飲食的臨床效果。方法提取2011年1月至2011年12月常德市多中心腦卒中登記數據庫的278例腦卒中吞嚥障礙的患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,對照組在常規用藥基礎上經口進食,觀察組在常規用藥基礎上予以鼻飼流質飲食。結果經過3週的觀察,觀察組患者的痊愈率和有效率明顯提高(P<0.05),吸入性肺炎、營養不良、內環境紊亂的髮生率明顯減少(P<0.05),差異有統計學意義。結論腦卒中吞嚥障礙患者給予鼻飼流質飲食,可提高治愈率,減少併髮癥。
목적관찰뇌졸중탄인장애환자급여비사류질음식적림상효과。방법제취2011년1월지2011년12월상덕시다중심뇌졸중등기수거고적278례뇌졸중탄인장애적환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,대조조재상규용약기출상경구진식,관찰조재상규용약기출상여이비사류질음식。결과경과3주적관찰,관찰조환자적전유솔화유효솔명현제고(P<0.05),흡입성폐염、영양불량、내배경문란적발생솔명현감소(P<0.05),차이유통계학의의。결론뇌졸중탄인장애환자급여비사류질음식,가제고치유솔,감소병발증。
Objective To observe the stroke patients with dysphagia who had been given the clinical effects of nasogastric liquid diet. Method 278 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group in the conventional treatment on the basis of food by mouth, observation group to be in regular medication on the basis of nasogastric liquid diet. Result After three weeks of observation, the cure rate observed in patients and significantly improved(P < 0.05), aspiration pneumonia, malnutrition, internal environment disorder and the incidence decreased significantly(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant. Conclusion After being given nasogastric liquid diet, the cure rate of dysphagia stroke patients could be improved, complications could be decreased and quality of life could be improved.
