　　目的：了解南通市社区卫生服务机构基本药物使用情况。方法：采用分层整群抽样方法抽取南通市6个社区卫生服务机构2009—2011年间7667张处方，用负二项回归和多分类Logistic回归进行药物使用数量和使用率的多因素分析。结果：2009—2010年基本药物的使用率逐年上升，其中省级基本药物的使用率增长高于国家基本药物使用率。结论：政府应进一步完善国家基本药物目录，加强对医生基本药物相关政策的宣教和培训，提高基本药物的可获得性。

Objective: To survey the utilization of essential medicine in community health service institutions in Nantong. Methods:7667 prescriptions from 6 community health service institutions in Nantong were selected by stratified cluster sampling in 2009—2011. The determinants of drug utilization were analyzed by negative binomial regression and logistic regression. Results: The utilization rate of essential medicine increased year by year, and the utilization rate of provincial essential medicine lists increased faster than the national essential medicine list. Conclusion: Government should implement national essential medicine list further and strengthen propagandizing and training of essential medicine to improve the access to essential medicine.
