　　目的探讨小儿重症手足口病合并脑干脑炎的护理干预方法及特点，指导临床实践。方法收集我院2010年6月至2011年6月小儿感染区病房的137例小儿重症手足口病合并脑干脑炎的患儿的临床资料及护理记录，与同期68例非护理干预组患儿的临床痊愈情况进行比较。结果两组比较，观察组所有患儿均痊愈出院；对照组68例患儿中59例痊愈出院，占86.7%。两组比较有明显统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。结论早期积极诊断和合理的护理干预是治疗小儿重症手足口病成功的重要保障。

Objective To investigate the severe hand, foot and mouth disease merging methods and characteristics of brainstem encephalitis nursing intervention, and to guide clinical practice. Methods Collected from June 2010 - June 2011 pediatric infection wards of 137 cases of children with severe HFMD combined brain stem encephalitis with clinical data and nursing record, compared with 68 cases of children with nursing intervention group comparing clinical recovery situation. Results Two groups of comparison, the observation group of all patients were recovered from hospital; Hospital in children with 68 cases, 59 cases were cured, 86.7%. Compare two groups have significant statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Early diagnosis and reasonable nursing intervention is actively cure infantile severe hand, foot and mouth disease is the important guarantee of success.
