目的讨论腺样体切除术对中耳气压结构影响。方法对本院82例腺样体肥大病患儿进行鼻内镜下腺样体切除术，术后进行声导抗检查（手术前、术后1周、术后1月），并进行对比分析。结果手术前后的声导抗检测结果差异存在统计学意义。结论腺样体切除术对于改善咽鼓管功能、中耳气压结构疗效较好；声导抗检查对于儿童分泌性中耳炎早期诊治有较好的临床价值。

목적토론선양체절제술대중이기압결구영향。방법대본원82례선양체비대병환인진행비내경하선양체절제술，술후진행성도항검사（수술전、술후1주、술후1월），병진행대비분석。결과수술전후적성도항검측결과차이존재통계학의의。결론선양체절제술대우개선인고관공능、중이기압결구료효교호；성도항검사대우인동분비성중이염조기진치유교호적림상개치。
Objective To discuss adenoidectomy on middle ear pressure structure. Methods In our hospital 82 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy disease of body with adenoidectomy under endoscope, acoustic immittance checks after surgery (before surgery, after 1 week, 1 month after operation), and comparison analysis. Results Before and after operation of acoustic immittance test results difference has statistical significance. Conclusion Adenoidectomy for improve the function of eustachian tube and middle ear pressure structure has good curative effect; Acoustic immittance examination for early diagnosis and treatment of ome in children has good clinical value.
