　　目的探讨心理干预和行为矫正对产妇第二产程和分娩结局的影响。方法选择在本院就诊的孕产妇作为研究对象，随机分为给予心理干预和行为矫正的观察组、常规护理和产前检查的对照组，观察第二产程时应对行为、分娩结局以及产后情况。结果观察组孕产妇第二产程时的分娩态度得分、分娩知识得分、产时应对行为得分、顺产例数均明显高于对照组；产中出血量、产后出血量、产褥期感染例数、分娩后卧床时间均明显少于对照组；结论心理干预和行为矫正能够改善产妇在第二产程时的应对行为、改善分娩结局，具有积极的临床价值。
　　목적탐토심리간예화행위교정대산부제이산정화분면결국적영향。방법선택재본원취진적잉산부작위연구대상，수궤분위급여심리간예화행위교정적관찰조、상규호리화산전검사적대조조，관찰제이산정시응대행위、분면결국이급산후정황。결과관찰조잉산부제이산정시적분면태도득분、분면지식득분、산시응대행위득분、순산례수균명현고우대조조；산중출혈량、산후출혈량、산욕기감염례수、분면후와상시간균명현소우대조조；결론심리간예화행위교정능구개선산부재제이산정시적응대행위、개선분면결국，구유적겁적림상개치。
Objective To discuss the effect of psychological intervention and behavior modification second stage of labor and delivery outcomes of maternal. Methods Maternal were collected and divided into observation group given psychological intervention and behavior modification and control group given routine nursing care and prenatal care. Then second stage of labor coping behavior, birth outcomes and postpartum were observed. Results Delivery attitude, delivery knowledge, coping behavior and spontaneous cases of observation group were significantly higher than control group; postpartum hemorrhage, puerperal infection cases, bedding time were significantly less than control group. Conclusion Psychological intervention and behavior modification have positive clinical value for it can improve the coping behavior and delivery outcomes,.
