目的探讨腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉在急诊剖宫产手术的临床效果。方法将60例行急诊剖宫产手术的产妇随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，对照组单纯应用硬膜外麻醉进行剖宫产手术，治疗组则应用腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉进行剖宫产手术，比较两组产妇在手术过程中的心率、血压变化及麻醉效果。结果两组产妇在麻醉后，心率、血压均平稳，但治疗组的麻醉效果优于对照组，不良反应发生率低。结论对产妇进行急诊剖宫产手术时，腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉是一种较好的麻醉方法，不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广应用。

목적탐토요마-경막외연합마취재급진부궁산수술적림상효과。방법장60례행급진부궁산수술적산부수궤분위치료조화대조조량조，대조조단순응용경막외마취진행부궁산수술，치료조칙응용요마-경막외연합마취진행부궁산수술，비교량조산부재수술과정중적심솔、혈압변화급마취효과。결과량조산부재마취후，심솔、혈압균평은，단치료조적마취효과우우대조조，불량반응발생솔저。결론대산부진행급진부궁산수술시，요마-경막외연합마취시일충교호적마취방법，불량반응발생솔저，치득림상추엄응용。

Conclusion Emergency caesarean operation on maternal, combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is a better anesthetic approach, a low incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application
