　　目的探讨新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的临床护理及预防措施，以乙减少新生儿发病率及死亡率。方法将我院2010年1月至2013年1月20例新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的患儿的临床观察、护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的发病主要原因为足月或过期产儿宫内窘迫、缺氧或分娩时吸入重度污染羊水有关。结论对妊娠晚期胎儿进行密切观测，发现胎儿宫内窘迫情况及时采取相应处理措施，预防新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的发生，对出现胎粪吸入综合症患儿应及时清理呼吸道分泌物，保持呼吸道通畅，窒息患儿积极抢救、正确治疗和护理以提高患儿预后，减少死亡率及肺部感染率。

Objective to study the clinical nursing of neonates with meconium inhaled syndrome and preventive measures, to reduce neonatal morbidity and mortality. B Methods will be our hospital from January 2010 - January 20, 2013 cases of neonatal meconium inhaled syndrome of the patient's clinical observation and nursing were analyzed retrospectively. Results the onset of the main reason for neonatal meconium inhaled syndrome term or overdue babies intrauterine distress, hypoxia, or childbirth inhaled amniotic fluid related to severe pollution. Conclusion of late pregnancy fetal for close observation, found that fetal intrauterine distress situation take corresponding measures in time, prevent the happening of the neonatal meconium inhaled syndrome, to appear in meconium inhaled syndrome should be timely clean respiratory secretions, keeping respiratory tract unobstructed, asphyxia children actively rescue, correct treatment and nursing in order to improve the prognosis of children, reduce mortality and pulmonary infection.
