　　目的探讨护理干预在新生儿窒息中的应用价值及临床体会。方法选取我科收治的新生儿窒息患者40例进行分析讨论，随机将其平均分为两组，一组新生儿实施常规护理措施为对照组，另一组新生儿实施护理干预措施为观察组，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经有效的护理干预措施观察组新生儿的治愈率以及并发症发生率明显优于对照组，差异显著（P ＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论针对新生儿窒息实施早期护理干预措施能够明显的提高新生儿的治愈率，降低死亡率，减少并发症的发生，为新生儿健康成长提供良好的基础，在临床应用中体现出一定的价值，值得广泛使用。

Objective To investigate the nursing experience in application value and the clinical neonatal asphyxia. Methods: selected in our department were analyzed in 40 cases of neonatal asphyxia were analyzed and discussed, randomly divided into two groups, one group received the routine care of newborns as control group, another group of neonatal nursing intervention measures for the observation group, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results: the effective nursing interventions neonates in the observation group, cure rate and complication rate was significantly better than the control group, the difference is significant (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: for neonatal asphyxia implementation of early nursing intervention measures can improve the cure rate, reduce the rate of neonatal obviously, reduce the occurrence of complications, provide a good foundation for the healthy growth of newborns, reflect a certain value in clinical application, it is widely used in.
