搭建了扭曲管闭式冷却塔的换热实验平台,在空冷模式下通过测试在不同风机频率以及风机频率固定时不同的管内流体进口温度、空气干球温度情况下闭塔的传热性能、流动阻力和能耗,得到了风机频率、管程体积流量以及管程进口温度、环境温度对综合传热性能和空冷传热量的影响,进而得出优化闭塔空冷换热的方式,并推导出在不同的季节温度下最合理的运行方式。同时本试验拟合了风机频率和风机功率等与迎面风速的试验关联式以及空冷管外空气的传热系数试验关联式,对扭曲管式闭式冷却塔的优化设计有一定的指导作用。
搭建瞭扭麯管閉式冷卻塔的換熱實驗平檯,在空冷模式下通過測試在不同風機頻率以及風機頻率固定時不同的管內流體進口溫度、空氣榦毬溫度情況下閉塔的傳熱性能、流動阻力和能耗,得到瞭風機頻率、管程體積流量以及管程進口溫度、環境溫度對綜閤傳熱性能和空冷傳熱量的影響,進而得齣優化閉塔空冷換熱的方式,併推導齣在不同的季節溫度下最閤理的運行方式。同時本試驗擬閤瞭風機頻率和風機功率等與迎麵風速的試驗關聯式以及空冷管外空氣的傳熱繫數試驗關聯式,對扭麯管式閉式冷卻塔的優化設計有一定的指導作用。

An experimental test platform is built up to for the twisted tube closed circuit cooling tower .The principal of this study is to investigate the influence of fan frequency ,volume flow rate ,the temperature of environment and tube -inside fluid on the total heat transfer performance and air -cooled heat transfer quantity by testing the heat transfer performance ,resistance to flow and energy consumption at different fan -frequency,inlet temperature of process water and air dry ball temperature in the air -cooled mode,then get the method to optimize the heat transfer in air -cooled Closed Circuit Cooling Tower ,to obtaine the most reasonable working mode interface different temperature .This experiment also fit out the experimental correlation of fan -frequency,fan-power with the face velocity as well as the experimental heat transfer coefficient correlations of the air outside the tube ,and this correla-tion will be referred in optimal design for twisted -tube closed circuit cooling towers .
