为客观评价农村环境质量状况，在总结农村环境质量监测特点的基础上，制定了农村大气、水、土壤环境质量监测布点原则、方案及指标评价体系。通过对鹤壁市农村与农业发展过程中存在的突出环境问题的研究，提出了农村环境质量指数，用以表征和评价农村环境质量状况。
為客觀評價農村環境質量狀況，在總結農村環境質量鑑測特點的基礎上，製定瞭農村大氣、水、土壤環境質量鑑測佈點原則、方案及指標評價體繫。通過對鶴壁市農村與農業髮展過程中存在的突齣環境問題的研究，提齣瞭農村環境質量指數，用以錶徵和評價農村環境質量狀況。
위객관평개농촌배경질량상황，재총결농촌배경질량감측특점적기출상，제정료농촌대기、수、토양배경질량감측포점원칙、방안급지표평개체계。통과대학벽시농촌여농업발전과정중존재적돌출배경문제적연구，제출료농촌배경질량지수，용이표정화평개농촌배경질량상황。
For the objective evaluation of the environmental quality in rural areas,on the basis of summing up the characteristics of the rural environmental quality monitoring,we have developed the distribution principle for locating rural atmosphere,water,soil environmental quality monitoring points and monitoring programs and evalua-tion index system. Through the study of outstanding environmental issues in the rural and agricultural development process in Hebi,we suggest a rural environmental quality index for the characterization and evaluation of environmental quality in rural areas.
