目的探讨低剂量MSCT扫描降低肝癌患者腹部CT检查辐射剂量的价值。方法肝癌患者27例,初诊时采用常规螺旋扫描(常规扫描组),复诊时采用轴位扫描(低剂量组),两组均采用120 KV管电压及自动管电流技术,噪声指数为9,分别行平扫、动脉期及静脉期扫描。比较两组在图像质量、噪声值和辐射剂量的差异。结果两组图像质量评分、图像平扫、动脉期及静脉期噪声值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低剂量组有效剂量低于常规扫描组(P<0.05)。结论轴位扫描和自动管电流技术能有效降低肝癌患者腹部CT扫描的辐射剂量,并且图像质量好。

목적탐토저제량MSCT소묘강저간암환자복부CT검사복사제량적개치。방법간암환자27례,초진시채용상규라선소묘(상규소묘조),복진시채용축위소묘(저제량조),량조균채용120 KV관전압급자동관전류기술,조성지수위9,분별행평소、동맥기급정맥기소묘。비교량조재도상질량、조성치화복사제량적차이。결과량조도상질량평분、도상평소、동맥기급정맥기조성치비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);저제량조유효제량저우상규소묘조(P<0.05)。결론축위소묘화자동관전류기술능유효강저간암환자복부CT소묘적복사제량,병차도상질량호。
Objective To explore the value of low-dose multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT) in reducing the radiation dose of abdominal CT for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma .Methods Twenty-seven patients with hepatocellular carcinoma underwent conventional-dose MSCT examination by spiral scan at the first visit (conventional-dose scan group),and underwent low-dose MSCT examination by axial scan at the return visit (low-dose group).Both groups were examined with the voltage of 120KV,automatic tube current modulation (ATCM) and noise index of 9, and plain scans,arterial phase scans as well as portal venous phase scans were performed ,respectively.The image quality score,noise index and radiation dose were compared between the two groups between the two groups .Results The image quality scores and noise indices of plain scans ,arterial phase scans and portal venous phase scans showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The effective radiation dose in the low-dose group was significantly lower than that in the conventional-dose scan group (P<0.05).Conclusion Axial scan and ATCM may effectively reduce the radiation dose of abdominal MSCT scanning in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma ,which can provide excellent MSCT scanning images.
