目的观察力竭性运动对大鼠心肌缺血缺氧性损伤形态的影响。方法健康雄性SD大鼠45只,随机分为3组,每组15只。安静对照组常规饲养2周,不游泳;力竭性运动后即刻组及力竭性运动后48 h组每天均进行一次负重性力竭性游泳,连续2周。力竭性运动后即刻组在最后一次运动后即刻,力竭性运动后48 h组在运动后48 h处死大鼠取材并进行HBFP染色。结果力竭性运动的两组均出现明显的心肌缺血缺氧区域;心肌纤维着色均不均匀,细胞质内有较多斑点状或者片状的大红色缺血缺氧区域;力竭性运动后48 h组缺血缺氧面积及光密度值(MOD)均大于力竭性运动后即刻组(P<0.05),而安静对照组缺血缺氧面积和MOD均为0。结论力竭性运动可以诱发心肌损伤,心肌损伤可以出现延迟性加重。

목적관찰력갈성운동대대서심기결혈결양성손상형태적영향。방법건강웅성SD대서45지,수궤분위3조,매조15지。안정대조조상규사양2주,불유영;력갈성운동후즉각조급력갈성운동후48 h조매천균진행일차부중성력갈성유영,련속2주。력갈성운동후즉각조재최후일차운동후즉각,력갈성운동후48 h조재운동후48 h처사대서취재병진행HBFP염색。결과력갈성운동적량조균출현명현적심기결혈결양구역;심기섬유착색균불균균,세포질내유교다반점상혹자편상적대홍색결혈결양구역;력갈성운동후48 h조결혈결양면적급광밀도치(MOD)균대우력갈성운동후즉각조(P<0.05),이안정대조조결혈결양면적화MOD균위0。결론력갈성운동가이유발심기손상,심기손상가이출현연지성가중。
Objective To study the effects of exhaustive exercise on myocardium with hypoxic-ischemic injury in rats.Methods Forty-five healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups ,each group of 15 rats.The rats in the sedentary control group were bred routinely for 2 weeks and did not swim.The rats in the right after exhaustive exercise group and 48 hours after exhaustive exercise group conducted exhaustive weight -loading swimming once a day for two weeks.The rats were killed and then treated with HBFP staining after the last exhaustive exercise in right after exhaustive exercise group as well as 48 hours after the exercise in the 48 hours after exhaustive exercise group .Results There were significant myocardial hypoxic-ischemic areas in the two exhaustive exercise groups ,and unevenly stained myocardial fibers were observed ,there were more spot-like or flake red hypoxic-ischemic areas in the cytoplasm .The hypoxic-ischemic area and mean optical density (MOD) in the 48 hours after exhaustive exercise group were larger than those in the right after exhaustive exercise group (P<0.05).Both myocardial ischemia anoxic area and MOD were 0 in the control group.Conclusion The exhaustive exercise may lead to myocardial injury which may be delayed .
