研究Vectran长丝的单向、勾结、弯折拉伸性能和摩擦性能,并与芳纶1414长丝和高强涤纶长丝进行比较。试验结果表明:Vectran长丝的拉伸强度、勾结强度、弯折强度和耐磨性能均比芳纶1414和高强涤纶要高,断裂伸长率低于高强涤纶;加捻对Vectran长丝的单向拉伸强度、伸长率和耐磨性有增加作用;影响Vectran长丝拉伸性能的主要因素是机速、纱线在导纱针针孔处的弯曲曲率和包围角、各部件的摩擦因数等。
研究Vectran長絲的單嚮、勾結、彎摺拉伸性能和摩抆性能,併與芳綸1414長絲和高彊滌綸長絲進行比較。試驗結果錶明:Vectran長絲的拉伸彊度、勾結彊度、彎摺彊度和耐磨性能均比芳綸1414和高彊滌綸要高,斷裂伸長率低于高彊滌綸;加撚對Vectran長絲的單嚮拉伸彊度、伸長率和耐磨性有增加作用;影響Vectran長絲拉伸性能的主要因素是機速、紗線在導紗針針孔處的彎麯麯率和包圍角、各部件的摩抆因數等。

The collusion strength, bending strength, tensile properties and abrasion resistance of Vectran filaments were studied, compared with the aramid 1414 filament and high-strength polyester filament.The results showed that the tensile strength, collusion strength, bending strength, and abrasion resistance of Vectran filaments are better than these of aramid 1414 and high-strength polyester, elongation at break is lower than the high-strength polyester.Twisting single Vectran filaments results in the increase in tensile strength, elongation and abrasion resistance .The main factors influencing the tensile proper-ties of Vectran filaments are the machine speed , the curvature of the yarn guide needle pinhole at and surrounded by angle, the various components of friction factor .
