针对传统的 PID控制无法解决双路热动力试验台的测控系统控制的各参数存在强耦合性的问题,设计一种基于专家系统的热动力试验台测控系统。分析了控制系统的硬件和软件结构,引入专家系统的控制方法,模拟专家利用知识进行推理,并从压力瞬态控制、给定出口压力规律以及温度控制仪表的无扰动切换3个实验分析了专家控制方法。实践结果证明:基于专家控制的测控系统能保证精度控制要求,目前该系统已通过专家验收并投入运行。
針對傳統的 PID控製無法解決雙路熱動力試驗檯的測控繫統控製的各參數存在彊耦閤性的問題,設計一種基于專傢繫統的熱動力試驗檯測控繫統。分析瞭控製繫統的硬件和軟件結構,引入專傢繫統的控製方法,模擬專傢利用知識進行推理,併從壓力瞬態控製、給定齣口壓力規律以及溫度控製儀錶的無擾動切換3箇實驗分析瞭專傢控製方法。實踐結果證明:基于專傢控製的測控繫統能保證精度控製要求,目前該繫統已通過專傢驗收併投入運行。

Because the traditional PID control can not solve the storing coupling among parameters of measurement and control system in double-path thermodynamics test bed. Design a thermodynamics test bed measurement and control system based on expert system. Analyze hardware and software structure of control system, use control method of expert system, simulate expert use knowledge to reasoning and analyze expert control method from pressure transient control, pressure control according to a given curve and the non-perturbation switch of the temperature controller. The test results show that the measurement and control system based on expert control can meet requirement of precision control. The system has passed the check of the experts and been used in operation.
