为了降低三山岛金矿采场爆破成本,减少采场大块率的产生,对盘区采场爆破方式进行了改进。在对炮孔直径与药卷直径、装药结构与装药密度、起爆方向等不同参数进行了大量爆破试验的基础上,提出了采用毫秒导爆管起爆,施工Φ45mm 炮孔,光爆孔装Φ32mm 药卷,不耦合装药,正反向起爆相结合,落矿孔装Φ40mm 药卷,耦合装药,反向起爆,回采对称上向起爆,切采后退式起爆的爆破方式,在实际生产中成功控制了采场断面规格,减少了采场大块率的产生,降低了生产成本,取得了很好的效果。
為瞭降低三山島金礦採場爆破成本,減少採場大塊率的產生,對盤區採場爆破方式進行瞭改進。在對砲孔直徑與藥捲直徑、裝藥結構與裝藥密度、起爆方嚮等不同參數進行瞭大量爆破試驗的基礎上,提齣瞭採用毫秒導爆管起爆,施工Φ45mm 砲孔,光爆孔裝Φ32mm 藥捲,不耦閤裝藥,正反嚮起爆相結閤,落礦孔裝Φ40mm 藥捲,耦閤裝藥,反嚮起爆,迴採對稱上嚮起爆,切採後退式起爆的爆破方式,在實際生產中成功控製瞭採場斷麵規格,減少瞭採場大塊率的產生,降低瞭生產成本,取得瞭很好的效果。

In order to reduce the stope blasting cost of Sanshandao Gold Mine ,and reduce the number of large boulders after blasting ,the blasting method in panel stopehas improved .On the basis of many blasting tests we selected various parameters ,such asthe diameter ofblasthole andexplosive cartridge ,the charging structure and charging density ,the direction of blasting ,with these tests we find that when we using millisecond detonating tube ,Φ45mm blasthole ,smooth blasting hole with Φ32mm explosive cartridge , decoupling charge ,the combination of direct initiation an indirect initiation ;drop ore hole with Φ40mm explosivecartridge ,coupling charge ,indirect initiation ; the normal mingingadopted symmetrical and upwardtype of blasting ,the bordermining adopted the backward type of blasting .In the process of production we controlledthe specifications of the stopesuccessfully ,and reduced the rate of large boulders , reduced the production cost ,good results have been achieved .
