马钢40000 m3/h制氧机自投产后连续运行8年,通过工艺监控,准确判断出空冷塔的冷冻水分配器发生喷水孔被水垢及杂物部分堵塞,造成冷冻水流量逐渐减少,影响了空气冷却,在等待大修机会期间,通过工艺的方法维持空分安全运行,在大修消缺后,对今后空冷系统运行方式提出了一些思考。

It is 8 years since Masteel’s 40000 m3/h air separator went into operation. The process monitor results indicate that water spray nozzles of freezing water distributor in air cooling tower are partially blocked up by scale and impurity, resulting in gradual reduction of freezing water flow and influencing cooling of air. Before the overhaul, the safe operation of the air separation is maintained by means of the process method. After eliminating shortcom-ings in the overhaul, some suggestions are offered on operation mode of the air cooling system in the future.
