利用带有能谱的扫描电镜对国内生产摘锭和以色列进口摘锭的表面镀层和基体进行了微观结构观察和元素分析。实验结果表明:国产和进口摘锭的镀层均为铬层,但进口摘锭镀铬厚度远大于国产摘锭,且基体内夹杂元素分布数量和种类均有差异,这些都是国产摘锭机械性能低于进口摘锭的影响因素。通过对国内外摘锭材料的对比分析,为提高国产摘锭质量提供了参考依据。
利用帶有能譜的掃描電鏡對國內生產摘錠和以色列進口摘錠的錶麵鍍層和基體進行瞭微觀結構觀察和元素分析。實驗結果錶明:國產和進口摘錠的鍍層均為鉻層,但進口摘錠鍍鉻厚度遠大于國產摘錠,且基體內夾雜元素分佈數量和種類均有差異,這些都是國產摘錠機械性能低于進口摘錠的影響因素。通過對國內外摘錠材料的對比分析,為提高國產摘錠質量提供瞭參攷依據。

The structure and element of the domestic spindle and the imported spindle were analyzed by SEM and EDS . The result shows that the composition of the two spindles ’ surface coating is Chromium , but the imported spindle ’ s Chrome thickness is much larger than the domestic one ,the morphological structure and elements of the domestic spindle and the imported spindle are very different , and this measure can be used for the analysis of domestic spindle ’ s mechani-cal performance lower than imports one ’ s.Through the contrast of two spindle materials , provide reference to improve the quality of domestic spindle .
