　　针对宁波市某印染企业定型机废气排放的实际情况，设计了一套废气的热回收、回用及净化系统，其中创造性地提出了对于定型机后面五节机箱废气的直接回用技术，提高了热能利用率，并对整套系统的经济性进行了简要分析。

Base on the actual situation of exhaust emission on setting machine in some dyeing and printing company in Ningbo, a new system, used for waste heat recovery, reuse and purification, is designed. Waste gas from 5 crates at the behind of the setting machine is creatively reused by directly reuse technology, which improves the utilization rate of heat energy. The economy performance of this system is also briefly analyzed.
