为精确诊断植物叶绿素含量,在一定程度上消除叶片厚度差异对叶绿素测量的影响,利用叶绿素在可见—近红外波段的光谱特性,引入叶片厚度参量建立叶绿素测量数学模型,开发了厚度补偿式叶绿素仪。该仪器包括叶片夹具装置、光源系统、光源驱动模块、接收检测模块、叶厚测量模块、单片机外围系统及软件系统;设计的光源系统采用一些简单光学元件,使两者波长能汇聚于同一处,简化了光学结构;设计了集叶绿素测量和厚度测量于一体的叶片夹具装置,以保证厚度测量点和叶绿素测量点为同一点;提出了运放反馈型恒流光源驱动电路方案,并测试了其输出电流以及光电检测器接收到的光强电压值变化,得到输出电流不变,光强电压值的标准差为1.15mV,使其稳流精度高,发光稳定;标定测量叶片厚度值的电感传感器,得到其传感器的线性度小于1%,回程误差3μm,分辨力为1μm,灵敏度为0.006 V/μm,传感器性能良好。

In order to accurate diagnosis the plant chlorophyll content , and eliminate the influence of leaf thickness differences on the chlorophyll measurement in a certain extent ,according to the visible-near infrared spectral characteris-tics of the chlorophyll , the mathematical model of chlorophyll meter was established after introducing the leaf thickness parameter ,and the leaf thickness compensated chlorophyll meter was designed .The instrument consisted of leaf fixture de-vice,light source system ,light source driving , receiving detection module , leaf thickness measurement ,modules single-chip peripheral systems and software system;The simple optical components were used in the light source system ,so that the two wavelengths can together in the same place , which simplified the structure of the light path;and the leaf fixture device with chlorophyll measurement and thickness measurement in one ,ensure the two measurement points for the same;the light source driving which belonged to Op-amp feedback constant-current source was proposed , and tested the cur-rent output change , the standard deviation of the light intensity voltage value was 1.15mv,got the high steady flow preci-sion;then the sensor was calibrated ,got the sensor linearity was less than 1%,the return error was 3μm,the resolution is1μm, the sensitivity is 0.006 V/μm.We innovative introduce the leaf thickness compensation module to the chlorophyll meter, and the instrument can store data and interact with the host computer , low power consumption , easy operation , would realize the accurate measurement of plant nutrients and physical traits .
