以玉米淀粉和氯乙酸为主要原料,乙醇为介质,采用有机溶剂的分步加碱法自制羧甲基淀粉(CMS)。考察了原料配比、水用量、反应时间、反应温度等工艺条件对羧甲基淀粉(CMS)取代度、粘度等理化性能的影响,确定了最佳的合成改性淀粉的工艺参数和试验方案。通过对羧甲基淀粉(CMS)粘度、流变性、印花得色量和脱糊率等理化性能和印花效果的测试,发现其作为活性染料印花糊料具有假塑性好、稳定性高的优势,可以在某种程度上取代海藻酸钠(SA)。

Carboxymethyl starch (CMS) was prepared with corn starch and chloroacetic acid as main raw materials and ethanol as medium through organic solvent alkali-feeding method step by step. Influences of raw material ratio, water amount, reaction time and temperature on physical chemical properties of CMS such as substituting degree, viscosity etc. were investigated. The optimal technological parameters and experimental scheme of preparing modified starch were also optimized. CMS used as the printing thickner for reactive dyes was demonstrated good pseudoplasticity and high stability merits by means of measureing viscosity, rheological property, printing color yield, paste removing rate and printing effect. So CMS is able to replace sodium alginate to some extent.
