以在用的300 t ×43 m A型门式起重机的柔性支腿为研究对象,建立了柔性支腿的3种裂纹缺陷模型。运用有限元软件,分析了其在不同位置及开口方向裂纹的影响下的应力和应变状况,得出支腿交叉处以及平行于加强环方向的裂纹对支腿的危害最大,为门式起重机现场检测和安全评估提供了新的方法和理论依据。

With the current flexible leg of 300 t ×43 mA gantry crane as a study object, the models of three cracking defects on the flexible leg are built.By finite element software, the stress and strain conditions affected by cracks in differ-ent positions and different opening directions are analyzed in the paper , which shows that the crack at the leg intersection and parallel to the direction of reinforcing ring is the most harmful to the leg , which provides new method and theoretic ba-sis for site detection and safety evaluation of the gantry crane.
