基于金属超塑成型的主要方式是挤压,研究提出一种评价金属材料超塑性的挤压试验方法并设计相应的试验装置,以铅黄铜为基材,以不同挤压温度、压力测定铅黄铜试样的超塑挤压流动性,分析在超塑挤压过程中的流动状态和规律,获得铅黄铜的最佳超塑成型工艺参数,同时验证采用挤压试验方法评价金属超塑性的实用价值。

Extrusion is the main method of metal superplasticity forming, therefore, a extru?sion experimental method was proposed to evaluate the metal superplasticity and a corre?sponding experiment device was designed. Taking the brass as experiment material, the flowablity of samples was measured in different extrusion temperature and pressure and the flow state and rule during the superplastic forming was analyzed. The optimal process parameters of superplasticity forming was obtained and the practical value of evaluating the metal superplasticity by the extrusion experimental method was verified.
