提出了碟形弹簧构造的箱形伸缩臂滑块,来改善滑块与伸缩臂之间的接触状态,提高伸缩臂减振性和减少臂间空隙的设计思路。通过分析碟形弹簧的结构力学特性,对其进行动态波形加载,建立薄板大挠度弯曲应变方程。利用Ansys Workbench 软件,通过有限元分析该碟形弹簧不同构造对伸缩臂伸缩、转台回转起制动冲击的减振影响,得出了碟形弹簧相应最优构造,为高减振性、窄型臂间空隙的伸缩臂设计提供了有益的范例,对增强伸缩臂的抗横摇性能具有重要意义。

The paper introduces the design thought for the box-type telescopic boom slider in disc spring structure , which is used to improve the contact condition between the slider and telescopic boom , reduce the telescopic boom's vibra-tion and clearance between booms.Through analysis for the structural mechanic characteristics of the disc spring , the large-deflection bending strain equation for sheet plate is established by dynamic waveform loading .The Ansys Workbench soft-ware is employed to perform the finite element analysis for the attenuation effect of different disc spring structures on vibra -tion impact arising from the expansion of the telescopic boom and starting-braking of the rotatable platform, in order to fig-ure out the corresponding optimal structure of the disc spring , which provide a good example for the design of telescopic boom with high vibration-reduction, narrow clearance between booms , having great significance on strengthening the anti-swing capacity of the telescopic boom.
