Through characteristics analysis for the working state of the motor of the lifting mechanism and the proper -ties of the lifting loading, the paper describes the design thought of simulated loading system of crane's lifting motor based on the torque motor, with emphasis on the critical points of such simulated loading system.The system is easy to control and suitable for testing repeatedly, which can simplify and detail the complex practical conditions , safely and reliably.
