Aiming at deficiency of the connecting and positioning device of the long traveling mechanism of current o -ver-rail cranes, the clutch device is designed in the paper , which can improve the docking accuracy and efficiency , re-duce the workload of operators , and avoid any damage of over-rail device arising from unreliable positioning of the long traveling mechanism.
