在分析了现有快速设计理论和方法的基础上,提出了基于产品平台的桥式起重机快速设计理念。重点研究了桥式起重机产品平台的搭建,该平台以桥式起重机的功能分析和模块化为基础,以桥式起重机产品平台的通用性与个性为目标,以设计知识体系来保障产品组合与配置的科学性与可靠性,探讨了桥式起重机的模块化划分,研究了桥式起重机的参数化设计实现,为桥式起重机的高效、高质以及高可靠性设计奠定了基础。
在分析瞭現有快速設計理論和方法的基礎上,提齣瞭基于產品平檯的橋式起重機快速設計理唸。重點研究瞭橋式起重機產品平檯的搭建,該平檯以橋式起重機的功能分析和模塊化為基礎,以橋式起重機產品平檯的通用性與箇性為目標,以設計知識體繫來保障產品組閤與配置的科學性與可靠性,探討瞭橋式起重機的模塊化劃分,研究瞭橋式起重機的參數化設計實現,為橋式起重機的高效、高質以及高可靠性設計奠定瞭基礎。

Based on analysis for the current rapid design theory and method , the paper puts forward a rapid design theory for bridge cranes based on the product platform.The emphasis is put on establishment of the product platform of bridge cranes.With the functional analysis and modularity of bridge cranes as the basis , and its universality and individual-ity as the objective, the platform is used to guarantee the scientific nature and reliability of product combination and config -uration through design of knowledge system , with discussion of modular partition of the bridge crane , and research on its parametric design realization, which provides basis for the design of high-efficiency, high-quality and reliability of the bridge crane.
