针对汽车覆盖件冲压过程中存在小面积、负角度侧向压料的问题,在自制组合斜楔机构的基础上,设计了一种摆动式侧成形压料块,该压料块机构能满足侧向负角度压料要求、优化模具结构、降低模具生产成本,具有一定的参考作用。
針對汽車覆蓋件遲壓過程中存在小麵積、負角度側嚮壓料的問題,在自製組閤斜楔機構的基礎上,設計瞭一種襬動式側成形壓料塊,該壓料塊機構能滿足側嚮負角度壓料要求、優化模具結構、降低模具生產成本,具有一定的參攷作用。

In terms of having small area and negative angle lateral swaging which consicted in automobile panel stamping process, a revolving swaging core for lateral forming was de?signed base on self-made combined wedge mechanism. This swaging core can meet the re?quirement of lateral and negative angle swaging, optimize die structure and reduce die pro?duction cost, which had significant meaning to enhance the automobile stamping die layout level.
