通过对含二甲苯的试剂在反应釜进行压力模拟实验,以及二冲程发动机内燃烧室堆积物的发动机实验,研究压力因素对堆积物的影响。在反应釜中,温度与压力的变化会存在堆积物生成的温度下限;堆积物量会随着压力的升高而增加,但由于高压状态时会出现自燃而分解部分堆积物。堆积物由官能团的氧化过程形成,反应釜的增压会催化氧化反应。在二冲程发动机里,稀薄燃烧的状态下会有更多的燃烧室堆积物产生。

In this study , the effect of pressure on deposit formation is investigated by using an autoclave which simulates production of deposit with p-Xylene , and the combustion chambe deposit formation in a two-stroke cycle engine is dis-cussed .The results obtained there is a limit temperature for deposit formation , and the temperature varies with pressure in the autoclave .The deposit weight increases with increasing pressure except that the deposit weight decreased due to autog -enous ignition in a high pressure condition .There is an oxidation process of functional group for deposit's formation , and the oxidation is promoted as the pressure in the autoclave is increased .In a two-stroke cycle engine , the CCD is more formed in the lean combustion .
