　　近年来我国的住宅产业飞速发展，北欧国家作为全球住宅建设的示范国，其成熟的设计方法和技术手段对于我国都有一定的借鉴意义。本文通过对9个北欧国家住区与3个国内住区的空间布局、建筑形象、材料运用、内部空间、建筑细部、生态效益等方面的比较分析，总结出北欧新型住宅的特色优点，期望对我国住宅发展有一定的指向性作用。

In recent years, China's housing industry developed rapidly. As a global demonstration country in residential building, the Nordic countries’ experienced design methods and technical means have a certain significance for our country. This paper based on the comparative analysis of 9 Nordic countries’ residences and 3 China’s residences, which contains space planning , architectural image, building materials, interior space, architectural detail, ecological effect and other aspects. Summed up the features and advantages of the Nordic residentials, hoping which could have a certain directivity effect for China’s residential development.
