高校体育教师绩效考核的根本目的,就是要按照以人为本和促进学术发展的理念,通过科学地遵循绩效考核原则、有效运用绩效考核模式、方法和手段,使体育教师的考核过程和结果与体育教师的聘用聘任、薪酬分配、培养培训等人事管理环节有效衔接起来,通过绩效考核的导向作用和管理功能,实现体育教师人才资源的合理配置,从而在保障高校组织目标实现的同时促进高校体育的教学管理,提高教学水平,保证人才培养质量。随着全民健身意识的逐渐扩大,各种针对全民健身意识教育的评价随之产生。但到目前为止,对培养全民健身意识的体育教师的绩效考核研究还没有。

The fundamental purpose of college PE teachers' per-formance evaluation is to effectively connect the evaluation with the employment of PE teachers and realize the rational allocation of talents. The evaluation process should be people-oriented and promote academic development through scientific performance e-valuation principle, performance evaluation model, and method, and it plays the role of guidance and management in the evalua-tion process. In this way, the teaching quality and talent training quality are improved together with the college's organization goal. Along with the gradually expanding national fitness conscious-ness, various evaluation according to national fitness conscious-ness education advent. But so far, there are no research on the performance evaluation of PE teachers who cultivate the con-sciousness of national fitness.
