为了提高图像倾斜矫正的效率和准确率,提出了一种基于三阶Cartesian矩的图像倾斜快速矫正算法。首先改进图像二值化处理技术,将图像划分为若干部分,并且在不同部分提取特征线,对其进行二值化处理;然后求解Cartesian矩的三阶矩阵模型,利用其计算目标图像在图像尺度矫正、图像旋转矫正和倾斜图像平移矫正的模型。实验仿真表明,本文算法具有较高的准确率,且执行效率高。
