废黄河立交工程建于1997年,由废黄河地涵、灌排闸和排水闸组成。工程配套的灌排闸和排水闸2004年进行双向运行改造,将废黄河与通榆河水系双向沟通起来,水力条件发生变化,原水闸控制调度及闸门控制运用办法需进行调整。在分析改造后灌排闸和排水闸运行调度情况基础上,提出了废黄河立交工程灌排闸和排水闸闸门控制运用办法。

Interchange Project at Old Route of the Yellow River was constructed in 1997, composed of the old mantle, the irrigating and draining sluice and outlet sluice. The reformation of bi-direction operation of irrigating and draining sluice and outlet sluice was completed in 2004, which connected the old Yellow River system with the Tongyu River system and changed the hydraulics. Therefore, the modification of sluice gate control and operation method is necessarily. In this paper, based on the analysis of control and operation fact of the reformed sluices , new control and operation method is proposed.
