目的探讨恶性肿瘤腹泻患者肛周损伤皮肤治疗方法.方法将96例肿瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组各48例,对照组采用涂抹红霉素软膏法,实验组采用洁悠神长效抗菌剂局部喷洒,比较两组治愈率和治愈时间.结果观察组治愈时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).结论用洁悠神长效抗菌剂局部喷洒治疗肛周破损皮肤的办法,疗效显著,缩短了平均治愈时间,减轻了患者的痛苦,效果满意,具有临床可行性.

Objective To explore treatment method for skin injury around crissum of malignant tumors patients with diarrhea.Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases with each group,including the experimental group and the control one.The control group used erythromycin ointment application,while JUC long-acting antibacterial was sprayed in the experimental group.Results We compared the curative effects and patient recovery time between treatments to skin injury of two groups,the observation group' s recovery time was significantly shorter than that of the control group.Conclusions The method of treatment to skin injury with JUS long-acting antimicrobial local spray shortens the average recovery time,and relieves the pain of the patients with satisfactory effects as well as a clinical feasibility.
