采用 GB/T19624-2004标准,对长输管线中的埋藏裂纹缺陷进行安全评定,在评定的过程中选取了4种壁厚不同的X80管线进行常规评定,计算出了断裂比、载荷比并绘制出了失效评定图。采用Pairs公式对一段含缺陷在役管线进行剩余寿命计算,为管线的维修、检测提供了一定的理论依据。

Based on GB/T19624-2004 , safety assessment for hidden crack defects of long-distance pipeline lack was carried out,four kinds of X80 pipelines with different thickness were selected for general assessment, the fracture ratio and load ratio were calculated, and the failure assessment diagram was drawn out. The remaining life of a pipeline in service with defects was calculated by using Pairs formula, which can provide a theoretical basis for repair and testing of the pipeline.
