随着酸性天然气田的大规模开发,天然气净化产生的酸气量急剧增加,而环保要求日趋严格,给酸气的后处理带来巨大压力。受全球硫磺市场供过于求的影响,硫磺价格下跌,传统的硫磺回收法处理酸气的工艺经济效益变差,因此酸气回注技术越来越受到重视。回顾了国外酸气回注工艺的发展现状,系统介绍了酸气回注的选址和工艺流程等问题。以中东卡塔尔国家Khuff气田天然气净化厂的两种酸气处理工艺为例,从工艺设施、投资费用、环保、工艺适用范围四方面进行了对比分析,得出酸气回注工艺技术的优越性,并结合国内油气田具体情况,给出了相应建议。

With the large-scale development of the sour gas field, the amount of acid gas generated from natural gas purification increases dramatically. The environmental protection request is more and more strict, which will bring enormous pressure to the post-processing of acid gas. Because the global sulfur market oversupplies, price of sulfur falls down, and economic benefits of treating acid gas by the traditional sulfur recovery method declines. Another new acid gas reinjection technology in the treatment of acid gas has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the development status of foreign acid gas reinjection processes was reviewed, and the problems about acid gas reinjection processes including site selection and process flow were discussed. In addition, taking two kinds of sour gas treatment processes in Khuff gas field in Qatar as an example, and a comparative analysis was carried out from four aspects of process facilities, investment, environmental protection and technology application scope, advantages of the acid gas reinjection technology were pointed out, and relevant suggestions were put forward combined with the specific situation of domestic oil and gas fields.
