由于受高孔高渗、原油粘度高、井网井距等因素的影响,稠油油藏吞吐开发过程中,特别是高轮次吞吐井因井间形成通道,汽窜干扰现象严重,现有的有机颗粒暂堵调剖工艺作用半径小,凝胶类堵剂耐温性能差,为此,研制了一种无固相的暂堵调剖技术,其封堵半径大,耐温性好,满足油井注蒸汽时暂堵高渗井带的需求。
由于受高孔高滲、原油粘度高、井網井距等因素的影響,稠油油藏吞吐開髮過程中,特彆是高輪次吞吐井因井間形成通道,汽竄榦擾現象嚴重,現有的有機顆粒暫堵調剖工藝作用半徑小,凝膠類堵劑耐溫性能差,為此,研製瞭一種無固相的暫堵調剖技術,其封堵半徑大,耐溫性好,滿足油井註蒸汽時暫堵高滲井帶的需求。

Due to the influence of high porosity and permeability, high oil viscosity, well spacing and other factors, in the steam stimulation process of heavy oil reservoir, especially the high cyclic steam stimulation wells, the channels have formed, steam channeling is serious. The existing organic particulate temporary plugging and profile control technology has certain limitation, such as small effect radius, poor temperature resistance. So a kind of solid free temporary plugging and profile control technology has been developed, the technology has large plugging radius and good temperature resistance,it can meet the demand of temporary plugging in steam stimulation period.
