应用透射电镜术显示了腹毛目纤毛虫新伪尾柱虫(Pseudourostyla nova)的皮层表膜及表膜下细胞质、皮层微管胞器和其他细胞质胞器。结果显示:新伪尾柱虫纤毛器基部附属微管较为短小,细胞表膜下成束排列的微管结构与进化程度较高的纤毛虫的微管胞器表现出诸多差异,认为腹毛目纤毛虫棘毛基部微管的发达程度是与其各类群细胞的分化程度密切联系的。
應用透射電鏡術顯示瞭腹毛目纖毛蟲新偽尾柱蟲(Pseudourostyla nova)的皮層錶膜及錶膜下細胞質、皮層微管胞器和其他細胞質胞器。結果顯示:新偽尾柱蟲纖毛器基部附屬微管較為短小,細胞錶膜下成束排列的微管結構與進化程度較高的纖毛蟲的微管胞器錶現齣諸多差異,認為腹毛目纖毛蟲棘毛基部微管的髮達程度是與其各類群細胞的分化程度密切聯繫的。
응용투사전경술현시료복모목섬모충신위미주충(Pseudourostyla nova)적피층표막급표막하세포질、피층미관포기화기타세포질포기。결과현시:신위미주충섬모기기부부속미관교위단소,세포표막하성속배렬적미관결구여진화정도교고적섬모충적미관포기표현출제다차이,인위복모목섬모충극모기부미관적발체정도시여기각류군세포적분화정도밀절련계적。
We observed the ultrastructures of cortical cytoplasm, cortical ciliature and cortical microtubules organelles of the hy-potrichous ciliate Pseudourostyla nova with transmission electron microscopy.The base-associated microtubules in the cor-tex of P.nova are shorter than that in other species, and there are some differences between P.nova and other high devel-opment species.Therefore, the microtubules in the cortex of P.nova are with some species-independent structural characters.The development of base-associated microtubules has close relations with different cell.
