目的：探讨晕三针配合仰头摇正法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用晕三针配合仰头摇正法治疗，对照组给予常规针刺，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.7%，高于对照组的76.7%（P<0.05）。结论：晕三针配合仰头摇正法治疗颈性眩晕效果显著，可明显改善患者的临床症状和颈椎曲度，值得临床推广应用。
目的：探討暈三針配閤仰頭搖正法治療頸性眩暈的療效。方法：將120例患者隨機分為治療組和對照組，治療組採用暈三針配閤仰頭搖正法治療，對照組給予常規針刺，比較兩組臨床療效。結果：治療組總有效率為91.7%，高于對照組的76.7%（P<0.05）。結論：暈三針配閤仰頭搖正法治療頸性眩暈效果顯著，可明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀和頸椎麯度，值得臨床推廣應用。
목적：탐토훈삼침배합앙두요정법치료경성현훈적료효。방법：장120례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조채용훈삼침배합앙두요정법치료，대조조급여상규침자，비교량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위91.7%，고우대조조적76.7%（P<0.05）。결론：훈삼침배합앙두요정법치료경성현훈효과현저，가명현개선환자적림상증상화경추곡도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the curative effects of Yun San-zhen and head shake correction treating cervical vertigo. Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treat with Yun San-zhen and head shake correction , control group was given routine acupuncture, the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.7%, higher than that of control group by 76.7%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Effects of Yun San-zhen and head shake correction treating cervical vertigo is significant, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the cervical curvature, being worthy of clinical promotion and applica-tion.
