目的：探讨强刺激针刺手法配合温针灸对肩周炎治疗的有效性和安全性。方法：80例的肩周炎患者分为对照组和治疗组，对常规治疗和强刺激针刺手法配合温针灸治疗的两组病例进行对照分析。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：强刺激针刺手法配合温针灸治疗肩周炎疗效确切，简便易行，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토강자격침자수법배합온침구대견주염치료적유효성화안전성。방법：80례적견주염환자분위대조조화치료조，대상규치료화강자격침자수법배합온침구치료적량조병례진행대조분석。결과：치료조총유효솔고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：강자격침자수법배합온침구치료견주염료효학절，간편역행，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To investigate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture and warming acupuncture treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:80 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into control group and treatment group, to compared and analyze two groups of con-ventional therapy and strong stimulation of acupuncture combining with warming acupuncture. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:There are exact curative effects, and it is convenient for strong stimulation of acupunc-ture with warming acupuncture treating scapulohumeral periarthritis, being worthy of clinical promotion and application.
