目的：观察综合推拿治疗急性肘外侧疼痛综合征的治疗效果，探讨其临床应用价值。方法：64例急性肘外侧疼痛综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例，对照组采用以肱骨外上髁为重点的局部推拿治疗，治疗组采用避开肱骨外上髁痛点的综合推拿治疗，3个疗程后比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率78.1％，总有效率100％；对照组治愈率37.5％，总有效率65.6％；治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：综合推拿治疗急性肘外侧疼痛综合征疗效显著。
目的：觀察綜閤推拿治療急性肘外側疼痛綜閤徵的治療效果，探討其臨床應用價值。方法：64例急性肘外側疼痛綜閤徵患者隨機分為治療組和對照組各32例，對照組採用以肱骨外上髁為重點的跼部推拿治療，治療組採用避開肱骨外上髁痛點的綜閤推拿治療，3箇療程後比較兩組療效。結果：治療組治愈率78.1％，總有效率100％；對照組治愈率37.5％，總有效率65.6％；治療組明顯高于對照組(P<0.05)。結論：綜閤推拿治療急性肘外側疼痛綜閤徵療效顯著。
목적：관찰종합추나치료급성주외측동통종합정적치료효과，탐토기림상응용개치。방법：64례급성주외측동통종합정환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각32례，대조조채용이굉골외상과위중점적국부추나치료，치료조채용피개굉골외상과통점적종합추나치료，3개료정후비교량조료효。결과：치료조치유솔78.1％，총유효솔100％；대조조치유솔37.5％，총유효솔65.6％；치료조명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：종합추나치료급성주외측동통종합정료효현저。
Objective:To observe the curative effects of comprehensive massage treating acute pain syndrome of lateral elbow, and to explore its clini-cal application value. Methods:64 cases of patients with acute pain syndrome of lateral elbow were randomly divided into treatment group and con-trol group with each of 32 cases, control group with local massage focusing on condylus lateralis humeri, treatment group was treated with compre-hensive massage avoiding the pain points of condylus lateralis humeri, the curative effects of two groups were compared after treatment of 3 courses. Results:The curative rate of treatment group was 78.1%, with total efficiency of 100%;the curative rate of control group was 37.5%, with total effi-ciency of 65.6%;the treatment group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effects of comprehensive mas-sage treating acute pain syndrome of lateral elbow is significant.
