目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗产后腰痛的疗效。方法：运用手法、体针加红外线等中医综合疗法治疗28例产后腰痛患者，1~2个疗程后行疗效评定。结果：治愈20例，好转6例，无效2例，总有效率92.8%。结论：中医综合疗法可以有效缓解产后腰痛，恢复患者腰部功能，减少远期并发症。
目的：觀察中醫綜閤療法治療產後腰痛的療效。方法：運用手法、體針加紅外線等中醫綜閤療法治療28例產後腰痛患者，1~2箇療程後行療效評定。結果：治愈20例，好轉6例，無效2例，總有效率92.8%。結論：中醫綜閤療法可以有效緩解產後腰痛，恢複患者腰部功能，減少遠期併髮癥。
목적：관찰중의종합요법치료산후요통적료효。방법：운용수법、체침가홍외선등중의종합요법치료28례산후요통환자，1~2개료정후행료효평정。결과：치유20례，호전6례，무효2례，총유효솔92.8%。결론：중의종합요법가이유효완해산후요통，회복환자요부공능，감소원기병발증。
Objective:To observe the curative effects of integrated Chinese medicine therapy treating postpartum lumbago. Methods:28 cases of pa-tients with postpartum lumbago was treated with integrated Chinese medicine therapy including technique, body acupuncture plus infrared and so on, to evaluate the curative effects after 1~2 courses of the treatment. Results:20 cases were cured, with 6 cases improved and 2 cases ineffective, the to-tal efficiency was 92.8%. Conclusion:Integrated Chinese medicine therapy can effectively alleviate postpartum lumbago, with recovery of lumbar function, reducing long-term complications.
