目的：观察耳-体穴结合按压治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法：67例年功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组32例，分别采用耳穴埋籽结合体穴按压和中成药治疗，对比两组效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为94.29%，明显高于对照组的71.88%（P<0.05）。结论：耳-体穴按压治疗老年功能性便秘有较好的临床疗效。

목적：관찰이-체혈결합안압치료노년공능성편비적림상료효。방법：67례년공능성편비환자수궤분위치료조35례화대조조32례，분별채용이혈매자결합체혈안압화중성약치료，대비량조효과。결과：치료조총유효솔위94.29%，명현고우대조조적71.88%（P<0.05）。결론：이-체혈안압치료노년공능성편비유교호적림상료효。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of ear-body acupoints with acupressure treating senile functional constipation. Methods:67 patients of senile functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 32 cases, respectively treated with ear acupoints by seeds burying combining acupressure of body acupoints and Chinese medicine, the effects of two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rates of treatment group was 94.29%, obviously higher than that of control group by 71.88%(P<0.05). Conclusion:There are bet-ter clinical efficacy of ear-body acupoints with acupressure treating senile functional constipation.
