　　目的：探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折后期应用中药熏洗配合功能锻炼促进肘关节功能恢复的疗效。方法：50例患儿均中药熏洗配合功能锻炼治疗。结果：优36例，良9例，一般4例，差1例，优良率为90.0%。结论：中药熏洗配合功能锻炼对儿童肱骨髁上骨折后期肘关节功能的恢复疗效显著。
　　목적：탐토인동굉골과상골절후기응용중약훈세배합공능단련촉진주관절공능회복적료효。방법：50례환인균중약훈세배합공능단련치료。결과：우36례，량9례，일반4례，차1례，우량솔위90.0%。결론：중약훈세배합공능단련대인동굉골과상골절후기주관절공능적회복료효현저。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise in recovery of elbow function in children’s late stage supracondylar fracture of humerus. Methods:50 cases of patients were all treated by herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise. Results: The efficacy in 36 cases were excellent, 9 cases were good, 4 cases were general and 1 case was poor, the excellent and good rate was 90.0%. Conclusion:It has significant efficacy on recovery of elbow function in children’s late stage supracondylar fracture of humerus by the treat-ment of herbal fumigation combined with functional exercise.
