　　目的：探讨手部外固定支架治疗掌、指骨骨折的效果。方法：采用简易外固定的18例掌、指骨骨折患者为观察组，采用保守治疗的18例掌、指骨骨折患者作为对照组，随访3~12个月后采用Duncan评分评价患者手部功能。结果：观察组优9例，良6例，优良率83.33%；对照组优5例，良6例，优良率61.11%；观察组优良率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：手部外固定支架有效维持骨折部位的稳定，对手部功能的恢复作用良好。
　　목적：탐토수부외고정지가치료장、지골골절적효과。방법：채용간역외고정적18례장、지골골절환자위관찰조，채용보수치료적18례장、지골골절환자작위대조조，수방3~12개월후채용Duncan평분평개환자수부공능。결과：관찰조우9례，량6례，우량솔83.33%；대조조우5례，량6례，우량솔61.11%；관찰조우량솔명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：수부외고정지가유효유지골절부위적은정，대수부공능적회복작용량호。
Objective:To investigate the effects of hand external fixator treating metacarpal and phalangeal fracture. Methods:18 cases of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture, adopting simple external fixation, were selected as observation group, 18 cases of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture, using the conservative treatment, were control group, the Duncan score was used to evaluate the hand function of patients after follow-up of 3 to 12 months. Results:There were 9 cases excellent and 6 cases good, and the excellent and good rate was 83.33%in observation group;the control group of 5 cases excellent and 6 cases good, with excellent and good rate of 61.11%;the excellent and good rate of observation group was significant high-er than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Hand external fixator can effectively maintain the stability of fracture site, which is good for re-covery of hand function.
