　　目的：探讨老年髋关节置换病人功能康复过程中的综合临床路径应用效果。方法：选取80例老年髋关节置换住院患者，分为综合临床路径组和常规治疗组，研究两组病人住院情况。结果：综合临床路径组平均住院时间较常规治疗组短（P<0.05），住院费用较常规治疗组少（P<0.05）。结论：多学科团队的综合临床路径有利于缩短住院时间，降低住院费用，提高病人的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the applicative effects of functional rehabilitation with comprehensive clinical path in elderly patients with hip re-placement. Methods:80 cases of senile patients with hip replacement were divided into group of comprehensive clinical path and group of routine treatment, to study the hospitalization situation of two groups. Results:The average hospitalization time in group of comprehensive clinical path, with less hospitalization costs (P<0.05), was shorter than that in group of conventional treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive clinical path with multidisciplinary teamwork can shorten hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization costs and improve life quality of the patients.
