　　目的：探讨不定点旋转疗法与牵引法在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的疗效价值。方法：将250例颈椎病患者随机分成不定点旋转疗法组和牵引组，不定点旋转疗法组行不定点旋转疗法，牵引组行牵引法，通过评分比较两组临床疗效。结果：不定点旋转疗法组临床疗效及颈椎功能评分均优于牵引组（P<0.05）。结论：不定点旋转疗法与牵引法治疗神经根型颈椎病均有较高价值，但不定点旋转疗法效果更显著，是值得推荐的一种治疗方法。
　　목적：탐토불정점선전요법여견인법재신경근형경추병치료중적료효개치。방법：장250례경추병환자수궤분성불정점선전요법조화견인조，불정점선전요법조행불정점선전요법，견인조행견인법，통과평분비교량조림상료효。결과：불정점선전요법조림상료효급경추공능평분균우우견인조（P<0.05）。결론：불정점선전요법여견인법치료신경근형경추병균유교고개치，단불정점선전요법효과경현저，시치득추천적일충치료방법。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic value of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy with the treatment of non-fixed rotation therapy and traction method. Methods:250 cases of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into group of non-fixed rotation therapy and trac-tion group, which respectively adopted non-fixed rotation therapy and traction method, to compare the clinical efficacy between two groups accord-ing to the scores. Results:The clinical efficacy and cervical spine function score in group of non-fixed rotation therapy were both superior to those in traction group (P<0.05). Conclusion:There is a higher value of non-fixed rotation therapy and traction method on cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy, while non-fixed rotation therapy is better, being worthy to recommend.
