目的：探讨点穴疗法治疗更年期综合征的临床效果及其对内分泌功能的影响。方法：70例更年期综合征患者采用点穴疗法，比较治疗前后患者改良Kupperman评分及性激素水平。结果：点穴疗法治疗更年期综合征后，总有效率达100%（P<0.01），患者雌二醇水平显著提高，促卵泡激素和促黄体生成激素水平降低（P<0.01）。结论：点穴疗法治疗更年期综合征具有较好效果。

목적：탐토점혈요법치료경년기종합정적림상효과급기대내분비공능적영향。방법：70례경년기종합정환자채용점혈요법，비교치료전후환자개량Kupperman평분급성격소수평。결과：점혈요법치료경년기종합정후，총유효솔체100%（P<0.01），환자자이순수평현저제고，촉란포격소화촉황체생성격소수평강저（P<0.01）。결론：점혈요법치료경년기종합정구유교호효과。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of digital acupoint pressure on menopause syndrome and its influence on endocrine function. Methods:70 patients with climacteric syndrome were treatment with digital acupoint pressure, to compare the modified Kupperman score and level of gonadal hormone before and after the treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 100% with digital acupoint pressure for menopausal syn-drome (P<0.01), estradiol levels significantly increased, and levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and leuteinizing hormone reduced (P<0.01). Con-clusion:There are better effects of digital acupoint pressure treating menopausal syndrome.
