针对目前国内钢厂落后的检测方法,利用CoDeSys软件设计开发了一套基于CANopen协议的激光检测控制系统,用于除鳞后的红热圆柱钢坯(约1200益)模压成型前轴心位置检测。实验表明该系统检测数据完全可靠,且稳定性高、抗干扰能力强。

In the light of out-of-date test method used in domestic steel plants, the CoDeSys software is used to develop a set of the laser measurement and control system based on CANopen protocol. It can be used for axial center position measurement of red hot cylin-drical billet (about1200℃) after descaling before molding. The test indicates that the measure-ment data of this system are reliable, have high stability and strong anti-interference ability.
